Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,899.
At present, we ship orders across India.
All our candles are made to order and freshly hand-poured to ensure exceptional quality. Orders are typically delivered within 10-14 business days from the date of purchase.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are dependent on courier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by transit issues, loss, or unforeseen courier disruptions.
All orders are dispatched from Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Returns & Exchanges
As each product is handcrafted and created specially upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items delivered in perfect condition.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at welcome@jemaisonormes.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
In cases of transit damage, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement or resolution, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be recorded in a single, uninterrupted shot starting before the package is opened and should clearly display the condition of the product.
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery, or without proper unboxing documentation, may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video and contacting us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, so we can review the issue and make it right.
A Note on Summer Care
Our candles are crafted using blend of pure soy wax & coconut wax (depending upon the type of order), valued for its clean burn and natural properties. During peak summer months (Mar-June), we may slightly adjust fragrance levels to ensure your candle reaches you in perfect condition despite higher temperatures.
If you notice minor oil droplets on the surface, this is completely natural and temporary. Gently blot the area and place the candle in a cool environment-it will return to normal shortly. This process, known as candle sweating, is a natural characteristic of candles made with pure soy &/or coconut wax.
